Thank you for your interest in Texas Music Project. Texas Music Project (TMP) is a 501(c)(3) public charity. We are glad to have you as part of our community. These terms (the “Terms”) apply to your use of texasmusicproject.org and any related websites (the “Site”) of Texas Music Project (“TMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. Please read all the terms before you use the Site. If a term does not make sense to you, please let us know. If you don’t agree to all the terms below, you may not use the Site.

Description of the TexasMusicProject.org Site

Through the Site, you can support TMP’s programs and campaigns in various ways, such as learning about our efforts, sharing stories, and making donations. The Site may also provide access to features and content provided by TMP.

Right to Use the Site

On the condition that you fully comply with these Terms, TMP grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, you may not:

  • License, sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the Site;

TMP’s Rights

As between you and TMP, all information, materials, and content of the Site, including text, graphics, data, formatting, photographs, music, sounds, images, videos, software, and designs, are owned by TMP or used with permission. TMP reserves all rights not expressly set forth in these Terms.

Any suggestions, comments, or other feedback you provide to TMP about the Site or TMP will be considered our confidential information. We are free to use, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute, and exploit this feedback without any obligation to you.

Third Party Materials

We may make third-party content or services available on or through the Site (e.g., links to third-party websites) as a convenience to users (“Third Party Materials”). We do not control or endorse any Third Party Materials and are not responsible for reviewing their accuracy. Indemnification

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Headings in these Terms are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
