MAX.Live and Texas Music Project Turn Employee Giving Into More Than $2,000 for Music Heals
A shared passion for music became meaningful action as the MAX.Live team came together to help Texas Music Project bring instruments, hope, and healing to young patients.
Texas Music Project is proud to celebrate the impact of our recent collaboration with MAX.Live, a partnership rooted in something both organizations understand deeply: music has the power to connect people.
MAX.Live is a Texas-based music technology and marketing company that helps brands, artists, and fans connect in authentic and meaningful ways. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Frisco, Texas, MAX.Live has built a platform that empowers thousands of artists to better understand and engage their audiences while helping brands create genuine connections through the power of music.
At its core, MAX.Live believes that music creates emotional connections unlike anything else. Their technology and partnerships help transform those connections into real-world experiences that bring people together. Through collaborations with major artists, brands, and live events, MAX.Live continues to demonstrate that music is one of the most powerful forces for engagement, inspiration, and community.
What began as an employee giving campaign grew into more than $2,000 in support for Texas Music Project, helping fuel our mission to bring music education, creative opportunities, hope, and healing to children and communities across Texas.
The success of this partnership goes beyond the dollars raised. It is about what happens when a company and its people choose to rally around a shared purpose.
A Team Coming Together Through Music
From the beginning, MAX.Live wanted this campaign to be about participation and engagement.

Their team embraced the opportunity, with employees stepping forward to personally support Texas Music Project and the work we are doing through our Music Heals initiative.
We are incredibly grateful to every MAX.Live employee and member of the leadership team who donated, shared the campaign, encouraged participation, and helped make this possible.
The funds raised through this collaboration will help support Texas Music Project’s work with Children’s Health, including our effort to provide specialized carbon fiber guitars for use in pediatric hospital environments.
One instrument can create hundreds of moments of connection.
That is where the impact of this campaign continues long after the fundraiser ends.
For more than two decades, Texas Music Project has worked to make music more accessible to young people and to harness its extraordinary ability to educate, inspire, connect, and heal.
We cannot do that work alone.
Partnerships with companies like MAX.Live allow us to expand programs such as Music Heals, Song of Hope, Classroom to Stage, instrument donations, music education, and community outreach while connecting our mission with people and organizations who believe in the transformative power of music.
Thank You, MAX.Live
To the entire MAX.Live team: thank you.
Thank you for believing in Texas Music Project.
Thank you to every employee who participated and donated.
Most importantly, thank you for helping us put music where it can make a profound difference. They will become songs played from hospital rooms. They will become creative outlets on difficult days. They will become moments of hope.
And that is what Texas Music Project is all about.
